“It is the vibe of Cherry Creek. I feel like I live in a European city – every place is walkable.”
Cherry Creek is a beloved 16 square block neighborhood located just southeast of downtown Denver. Situated halfway between downtown and the Tech Center, its residents enjoy not only easy commuting but the best shopping and restaurants in town. It is a combination of dense urban development and tree-lined residential streets.
Architecturally, the homes in this neighborhood are a mix and many of Denver’s architects have left their legacies here. Some of the neighborhood’s original bungalows still stand. But development has given way to multi-million dollar duplexes, townhomes, and single-family residences. It is a true mix of modern and progressive alongside charming and vintage. Bromwell, one of Denver’s top-rated public elementary schools are located in the center of the neighborhood, although most residents in the neighborhood do not have children.
Tree-lined streets and parks, quaint gardens and fabulous public art add to the charm and allure of the neighborhood, which is filled with outdoor cafes, local bakeries, and coffee shops. Cherry Creek Mall (Nordstrom, Neimans, Macy’s) complements over 300 specialty stores and galleries in Cherry Creek North. And the Cherry Creek Sneak (largest 5-mile race in the country), the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Whole Foods and the best of the best spas, hair salons, health clubs are here to discover.
